ANDAX-WIDE is a robust automatic partition assembly machine designed for the efficient production of wide-format corrugated board partitions. It processes corrugated board from E-flute to double-wall grades, including microflute and twin-wall materials, and can assemble configurations with up to 24 transversal elements. With production speeds of up to 35 partition sets per minute and optional automatic folding, counting and batching, ANDAX-WIDE provides a flexible solution for high-volume partition manufacturing.

The PLC S7 system allows to save an elevated series of parameters on a hard disc, that simplifies and reduces drastically the time of changing format;

– Duplex feeder for automatic feeding of long dividers in machine direction.
– Collapser that automatically ejects assembled partition sets in pre-counted bundles (number of choice) ready for tying.
