PLUTON is a compact automatic palletizer designed for high-efficiency end-of-line handling of books, magazines, catalogues, cardboard boxes and other packaged products. It combines continuous product jogging, linear transport and automatic pallet and slip-sheet handling to create stable, accurately aligned pallet loads. With speeds of up to 25 piles per minute, PLUTON provides a reliable automation solution for graphic arts, paper converting and packaging applications.
PLUTON can be used to palletize: Hard and Soft cover books, sewn and glued book blocks, magazines, catalogues and phone directories, shrink-wrapped piles or bundles, carton boxes, strapped/blocked signatures, newspapers.
