ANDAX-JUMBO is an automatic partition assembler designed for the production of large-format corrugated board partitions. It processes a wide range of corrugated materials, from microflute to double-wall grades, and handles large longitudinal and transversal elements for demanding packaging applications. With production speeds of up to 24 partition sets per minute and an optional automatic sheet feeder, ANDAX-JUMBO provides a flexible and efficient solution for high-volume partition manufacturing.

Suitable for all types of corrugayed board, from E-flute to double wall;
High performance, production rates up to max. 50 partition sets/min (depending on partitions dimensions);
The PLC S7 system allows to save an elevated series of parameters on a hard disc, that simplifies and reduces drastically the time of changing format;
Fully automatic operation when equipped with following options:
– Duplex feeder for automatic feeding of long dividers in machine direction.
– Collapser that automatically ejects assembled partition sets in pre-counted bundles (number of choice) ready for tying.
